These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vasool Book mobile application (the "Application") provided by Native App Developer ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
The Application may allow you to store, manage, or process financial and personal information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data you enter into the Application and for the means by which you acquire such data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device, access credentials, and any backups you create, and for all activities that occur under your account or device.
While the Application may provide backup and restore features (including local or cloud-based backups), you acknowledge that no backup system is completely fail-proof. You are responsible for configuring and verifying your own backup processes.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss of data, whether due to device failure, misuse, user error, or any other cause.
The Application may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as Google Play Services, Google Drive, Firebase, or other providers. Your use of those services may be subject to the separate terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party services and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to its design, features, software code, logos, and trademarks, are owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use the Service Provider's name, logos, trademarks, or other brand features without prior written permission.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.
In no event shall the Service Provider's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Application exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for using the Application during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if the Service Provider decides to discontinue the Application.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time for any reason. The latest version of the Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Application after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
